Inspector Notes
An unannounced, on-site focus inspection was initiated on 3/30/2026 and completed on 3/30/2026, as part of an Intensive Plan of Correction (IPOC). The on-site inspection began at 9:15 am and ended at 12:00 pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 81 children present and 18 staff. The inspector reviewed 11 children?s records and 6 staff records on-site. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observation.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
