Inspector Notes

An unannounced, on-site initial inspection was initiated and completed on 3/10/2026. The on-site inspection began at 10:00 AM and ended at 11:30 AM. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were no children present and 1 staff. The inspector reviewed 3 staff records on site..
This inspection included:

Information gathered during the inspection determined noncompliance with applicable standards or law, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Areas and equipment of the center, inside and outside, shall be maintained in a clean, safe and operable condition. Unsafe conditions shall include, but not be limited to, splintered, cracked or otherwise deteriorating wood; chipped or peeling paint; visible cracks, bending or warping, rusting or breakage of any equipment; head entrapment hazards; and protruding nails, bolts or other components that could entangle clothing or snag skin.
There are long accessible electrical cords hanging from the wall mounted television in the infant classroom. There is an area of accessible electrical cords along the top of the cove base in the two year old classroom.
There is a broken outlet cover with sharp edges low to the floor in the infant classroom.
There is peeling wood along the cove base in the infant classroom.
