Hazardous substances must be in a locked place that prevents access by children. In the toddler's classroom, the cleaning solution and sanitizing solution were in an unlocked cabinet, out of reach of children.

When food is brought from home the food container must be clearly dated. A food pouch in the toddler's classroom was not dated.
