An announced initial inspection was initiated and completed on 1/6/26. The on-site inspection began at 10:00am and ended at 11:10am. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were no children present during the inspection. The inspector reviewed one staff record on-site. This inspection included document review, a tour of the facility, interviews and measurements. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
