An announced, on-site initial inspection was initiated and completed on 2/5/26. The on-site inspection began at 9:40am and ended at 12:25pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were no children present and two staff. The inspector reviewed two staff records on-site. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews, measurements, and observations. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
