Inspector Notes
An unannounced, on-site code compliance inspection was conducted on 3/26/26. The on-site inspection began at 9:53am and ended at 11:13am. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 28 children present with 6 staff. The inspector reviewed 4 children?s records and 5 staff records while on-site. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility and interview. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable code sections. No violations were issued.
