An announced, on-site initial inspection was initiated and completed on 12/16/2025. The on-site inspection began at 9:00 am and ended at 9:40 am. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were no children present and no staff due to the program not being fully operational. The inspector reviewed four board officers and two staff records on 12/6/25.
