Inspector Notes
A subsidy health and safety inspection (SHSI) was initiated and completed on January 8, 2026. The inspection started at 3:30 pm and concluded at 4:50 pm. There were no children present. The inspector reviewed one caregiver record and one household member record on-site.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Provider shall ensure electrical outlets have protective covers of a size that cannot be swallowed by children. Electrical outlets not being used in the childcare area were not covered.

Provider shall ensure each bathroom used for children has required supplies. There was no paper towels in the bathroom for children.

Provider shall ensure children over 12 months of age or older have a cot, rest mat or beds for napping. Provider stated a blanket would be used for napping. There were no cots, rest mats or beds available for children.

Provider shall ensure the diapering surfacing surface is nonabsorbent, washable and separate from the kitchen, food preparation areas or surfaces used for children's activities. There was not a designated nonabsorbent surface for changing children's diapers.

Provider shall ensure soiled disposable diapers and wipes are disposed of in a storage system that is either foot operated or used in such a way that neither the caregiver's hand nor the soiled diaper or wipe touches the exterior surface of the storage system. There was not a storage system available for disposal of soiled diapers.
