Inspector Notes

An initial subsidy health and safety inspection (SHSI) was initiated and completed on January 13, 2026. The inspection started at 9:00am and concluded at 10:15am. There were no children present and one caregiver; the point total was zero. The inspector reviewed no children?s records and one caregiver/household member(s) records on-site.
This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations.

Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

A first aid kit is required to contain minimum supplies.

The first aid kit did not contain a digital thermometer and tweezers.
