Inspector Notes
A subsidy health and safety inspection (SHSI) was initiated on 1/14/26 and completed on 1/14/26. The inspection started at 11:30 am and concluded at 12:15 pm. This inspection was the initial inspection. There were no children present and 1 caregivers. The inspector reviewed 1 caregiver's record and 3 household member's records on-site. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
