Inspector Notes
An announced, on-site initial inspection was initiated on 03/30/2026 and completed on 03/30/2026. The on-site inspection began at 3pm and ended at 4:12pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were no children present or enrolled and one caregiver. The inspector reviewed 0 children?s records and one caregiver record on-site. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations.
A subsidy health and safety inspection (SHSI) was conducted in conjunction with the monitoring inspection. Subsidy standards that are not covered in voluntary registration standards were reviewed during this SHSI.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
