Inspector Notes
An announced, on-site initial inspection was initiated on 03/02/26 and completed on 03/02/26. The on-site inspection began at 10:00am and ended at 10:40am. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. Many, but not all, standards were reviewed. Standards related to supervision and programming could not be observed because there were no children in care. One staff record was reviewed on-site. Documentation related to officer's background checks were reviewed electronically. The inspection included document review including policies and procedures, tour of the facility, interviews, observations and measurements.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
