Inspector Notes
A subsidy health and safety inspection (SHSI) was conducted on 02/25/2026. The inspection started at 11:00am and ended at 12:30pm. There were 2 children and 1 caregiver present; totaling 7 points. The inspector reviewed 2 childrens records and 4 caregiver/household records on-site and electronically. The inspection included document review, observations, interviews, and a tour of the facility.
