During the inspection, the inspector reviewed the areas listed above. Unless otherwise noted as a violation within this inspection report, the provider was in compliance with the standards reviewed. Inspector Notes
An announced, on-site initial inspection, in conjunction with a subsidy inspection, was initiated and completed on 03/23/2026. The on-site inspection began at 9:30 am and ended at 11:00 am. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. The inspector reviewed one caregiver and three household member's records on-site. This inspection included: document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations.
A subsidy health and safety inspection (SHSI) was conducted in conjunction with the licensing inspection. Subsidy standards that are not covered in licensing standards were reviewed during this SHSI.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
Violations
1There was no first aid instructional manual present in the emergency supplies. The provider stated that they did not have this item in any of the first aid kits.
