Inspector Notes

A complaint inspection was initiated on March 29, 2023 from 2:40 P.M.-3:30 P.M., and concluded on April 3, 2023. A complaint was received in the Office of Child Care Health & Safety (Valley) on 03/23/2023 regarding behavior guidance and forbidden action. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, staff and supervision, and programming. Five staff were interviewed, one staff file reviewed, and classroom observations were conducted.

The information gathered during the inspection did not determine preponderance of evidence. Therefore the complaint is not valid. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were noted.
