Inspector Notes
An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was initiated on December 10, 2025 and completed on December 16, 2025. The on-site inspection began at 9:50 a.m. and ended at 11:30 a.m. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 45 children present and 8 staff. The inspector reviewed four children's records and one staff record electronically on December 15, 2025. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, and interviews.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
