An unannounced inspection was initiated and completed on May 14, 2025 in response to a complaint received by the licensing office on May 5, 2025 relating to allegations of programs and staff qualifications and training. This inspection included interviews.
The preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation(s); therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
