An announced, on-site modification inspection was initiated and completed on 11/07/2025 in response to a modification request in the age range of children for licensure. The on-site inspection began at 10:02 am and ended at 10:35 am. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews, observations, and measurements.
