Inspector Notes
An unannounced, on-site renewal inspection was initiated and completed on October 3, 2024. The on-site inspection began at 10:00 am and ended at 12:05 pm. The inspector reviewed compliance
in the areas listed above. There were 43 children present and six staff. The inspector reviewed five children?s records and seven staff records on-site. This inspection included document review (i.e. Injury logs, policies and procedures, emergency drill logs, medication administration logs, authorization forms), tour of the facility, interviews, and observations.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
