Inspector Notes

An unannounced focused inspection was conducted on 12/18/2023. The inspector was on site from approximately 8:58 am-09:45 am. There were 33 children present, ranging in ages from 11 months to 5 years, with 10 staff supervising.

The center is on a provisional license and this visit focused on the main area(s) of previous non-compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, and background checks. One child record and two staff records were reviewed.

The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
