An unannounced inspection was initiated on 8/22/2024 and completed on 8/23/2024 in response to a complaint received by the licensing office on 8/15/2024 relating to allegations in the areas of supervision and injury reporting. The inspector reviewed 1 child record on site. This inspection included document review and interviews.

The preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation(s); therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
