Inspector Notes
An unannounced, on-site focused inspection was initiated on February 10, 2026 and completed on February 10, 2026, as a part of Intensive Plan of Correction (IPOC). The on-site inspection began at 3:15 PM and ended at 3:55 PM. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 130 children present and 19 staff. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
