Inspector Notes
The inspector conducted an unannounced monitoring inspection on Friday, December 16, 2022 from 9:00 AM until 11:30 AM. Today?s census consisted of 25 children in care with 5 staff supervising. The inspector observed the children participating in music and movement, circle time, handwashing, and playing with various age appropriate table activities. The inspector inspected all 4 classrooms, playground, kitchen, and restrooms. Classrooms are equipped with various age appropriate materials. The center's first aid kit and non-medical emergency supplies were inspected and found complete. Liability insurance, health inspection, and drills were all in compliance. A total of 5 child records, and 5 staff records were reviewed. There were no violations issued during this inspection.
