An unannounced inspection was initiated and completed on12/10/2025 in response to a complaint received by the licensing office on 10/17/2025 relating to allegations of behavioral guidance. The inspector reviewed 2 children?s records and 5staff records. This inspection included: document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations. The preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation; therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
