Inspector Notes
This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, documentation review, interviews and a virtual tour of the program.
A code compliance inspection was initiated on September 16, 2021 and concluded on October 6, 2021. The in-charge person was contacted by telephone and a virtual inspection was conducted. There were 30 children present, ranging in ages from 3 to 4, with 5 staff supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision. A total of 5 children?s records and 5 staff records were reviewed.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable code sections. No violations were issued.
