Inspector Notes

A code compliance inspection was conducted on October 17, 2023 from approximately 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm. There were 7 children present, ranging in ages from three to four years, with three staff supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, and medication. A total of five children's records and three staff records were reviewed. The children were observed eating lunch and taking a nap.

Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable code sections and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
