During the inspection, the inspector reviewed the areas listed above. Unless otherwise noted as a violation within this inspection report, the provider was in compliance with the standards reviewed. Inspector Notes
An unannounced, on-site code compliance inspection was initiated on 3/03/2026 and completed on 3/09/2026. The on-site inspection on 3/03/2026 began at 1:10 p.m. and ended at 4:10 p.m. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 13 children present with two staff upon arrival. At the end of the inspection there were 35 children and three staff. The inspector reviewed five children?s records and five staff records on-site. This inspection included document review (i.e. Injury logs, emergency drill logs, and medication authorization forms), tour of the facility, interviews, and observations.
A subsidy health and safety inspection (SHSI) was conducted in conjunction with the code compliance inspection. Subsidy standards that are not covered in Code were reviewed during this SHSI.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable code sections. No violations were issued.
