A complaint was received regarding supervision on 4/3/2023. A complaint inspection was conducted on 4/24/2023 and completed on 4/24/2023, in which interviews with staff were conducted, observations made in the center, and documentation reviewed. The preponderance of the evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation, therefore the complaint is determined to be not valid. No violations were issued during this inspection.
