Inspector Notes
An unnannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was conducted on 7/7/2025. The inspection began at 11:18am and ended at 12:22. There were 34 children and 11 staff present. The inspector reviewed 5 childrens records, 2 staff records, and 2 medications on-site. This inspection included document review, observations, interviews, and a tour of the facility.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
