Inspector Notes

A monitoring inspection was conducted on 4/15/24 from 9:50 am to 12:20 pm. There were 154 children present, with 28 staff supervising. The children were observed engages in a variety of activities including but not limited to: outdoor play and digging activities, eating morning snack that included bananas and cereal, puzzles and crafts and writing. 4 children's records, 4 staff records, medications and other center postings were reviewed. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program. Base on records review, the center did not obtain results of a follow-up tuberculosis (TB) screening from each employee, every two years.
Evidence:
1. Staff # 1's most recent TB screening was dated 9/11/21.
2. Staff # 1's most recent TB screening was dated 9/10/21.
Plan of Correction: Updated TB screenings will be obtained from the two staff members and kept on file.
