Inspector Notes
An announced self reported incident was investigated regarding concerns of : behavioral guidance and forbidden action. This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, necessary due to a state of emergency health pandemic declared by the Governor of Virginia. Staff, child and parent interviews were conducted via Facetime and Zoom platforms. After carefully interviewing all involved parties, one violation regarding behavioral guidance was determined.
