Inspector Notes

A monitoring inspection was conducted on 6/14/2022 between the hours of approximately 10:30am and 12:30pm. There were a total of 90 children with 19 staff members present. Children were observed engaging in: coloring undersea creatures, building towers with magnetic blocks, group stretching activities, and bathroom breaks. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of 6 child records and 3 staff records were reviewed. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program. Evidence: Medication for Child #1 expired on 3/2022.
