An unannounced Monitoring inspection was conducted this date. A total of 97 children with 16 staff were onsite. Walk thru of all occupied classrooms was made. Children were observed either transitioning to nap time after lunch or already napping in the majority of the classrooms. Some medication needs identified, medication was reviewed and physician authorizations were complete. The center was decorated throughout with fall decoration, artwork and projects completed by the children. Consistent staff from the last licensing inspection in August. Both staff and children's records were reviewed. Organized recordation found. This inspection occurred between 12pm and 1:45pm. Thank you for your cooperation today.
