Inspector Notes

An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted from 10:00 am-11:45 am. There were a total of 63 children with 15 supervising staff members present. Children were observed during hand washing, diapering, engaged in group activities and outdoor play time. A selection of staff and children records, medications and other documents were reviewed.
