Inspector Notes

An announced complaint inspection was conducted on 2/8/2024 in response to a complaint that was received by the Virginia Department of Education, Office of Child Care Health and Safety. A facility walkthrough and interviews were conducted with staff relating to an allegation of a rodent infestation. Based upon a preponderance of evidence, the information gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation, and the complaint is determined to be not valid.
