An unannounced, on-site renewal inspection was initiated and completed on 9/6/2024, as a part of the licensure period. The on-site inspection began at 12:30pm and ended at 2:32pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 155 children present and 40 staff. The inspector reviewed 8 children?s records and 7 staff records. This inspection included:
?document review (i.e. Injury logs, policies and procedures, emergency drill logs, medication administration logs, authorization forms),
?tour of the facility,
?interviews,
?observations (this would include observations of photos, recordings, etc.), and
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
