Inspector Notes
An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was initiated and completed on 8/28/2025. The on-site inspection began at 3:33pm and ended at 4:52pm The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 127 children present and 36 staff. The inspector reviewed 9 children?s records and 2 staff records on-site.
This inspection included: document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations, and measurements. Classroom 140 (20 children) was added to the facility - no capacity change to the license.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
