A monitoring inspection was conducted on 01/05/2023 to investigate a self-reported incident received by the department involving the area of forbidden actions. The inspector conducted interviews with staff, reviewed related documents and children records.

Based on the information gathered during the investigation, non-compliances related to the self-report were not cited. Areas of non-compliance not directly related to the self-report were found and violations listed on the Violation Notice.
