A complaint investigation was initiated on 01/05/2023 to investigate allegations of poor hygiene in the center, forbidden actions, and an incident that occurred in 12/23/2022 in which a child was disenrolled as an alleged act of retaliation from the center. During the investigation, interviews were conducted with staff and parents, and documents were reviewed.
