Inspector Notes

This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using and alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, documents review, interviews and a virtual tour of the program.

A monitoring inspection was initiated on February 15, 2022 and concluded on February 22, 2022. The provider was contacted by telephone and a virtual inspection was conducted. There were 27 children present directly supervised by 6 staff. The children were observed in individual play and circle time.

The inspector reviewed on one child?s record, one staff record, and one household record.

Limited monitoring of child care requirements occurred during today?s visit. Licensing inspector monitored supervision of children, physical plant, staff/child ratios, adequate and approved space, programming, and nutrition.

The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
