An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was initiated on July 17, 2024, and completed on July 23, 2024. The on-site inspection began at 11:40 am and ended at 12:45 pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 29 children present and 5 staff. The inspector reviewed two children?s records and three staff records on-site. This inspection included document review and tour of the facility.
