Inspector Notes
A monitoring inspection was initiated on December 27, 2022 and concluded on December 27, 2022. There were a total of 5 children with 2 staff members present. Children were observed engaged in individual play. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of 2 child records and 1 staff record were reviewed.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
