An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was initiated on August 26, 2025 and completed on August 28,2025. The on-site inspection began at 12:52 pm and ended at 1:50 pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 61children present and 19 staff. The inspector reviewed 6 children?s records and 7 staff records on-site on August 26, 2025.
This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, and observations. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
