Inspector Notes
An unannounced on-site renewal study was conduct4ed. 3 rooms were in operation with direct care staff in ratio. Observed outside play time, hand washing, reading/discussion of a book and transition to lunchtime. Lunch served today was Salisbury steak, peas and rice with milk. Reviewed a sample of staff and children's records, injury updates, emergency preparation and trainings. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program. 1. The window sill in the 2's room has a patch of peeling paint.
2. The preschool room has an area around the door frame of peeling paint
Evidence:
Child #1 no longer requires emergency medication for an allergy and it was not removed from the allergy list.
Evidence:
The plan does not cover continuity of care following evacuation, shelter in place, and relocation drills.
Evidence:
Staff stated that a second SIP was not conducted for 2021.
