Inspector Notes

An onsite renewal inspection was conducted on January 6, 2022 following all COVID protocols. There were 148 children being supervised by 46 staff. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Based on observation of prepared infant bottles in the refrigerator, not all were labeled with current date.
Evidence
Four bottles in the infant room refrigerator were not labeled with current date.
Plan of Correction: The child's name was on the bottles along with a date the bottle was prepared at home, we will now put the current date on all bottles.
