Inspector Notes

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted December 16 2022 between 8:15am and 10:15am. there were 128 children in the direct care of 58 staff members. Children were observed playing on the playground, working on winter themed crafts, and washing hands. A review of children's records, staffing records, medications, attendance records, emergency supplies, emergency drills, and the physical plant of the facility was conducted. Based on direct observation, the center did not keep all hazardous substances or cleaning materials in a locked place using a safe locking method.
