Positive interaction between children and staff. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, children and staff files, programming, medication, playground, special care, fire drill logs, attendance records, first aid kit, emergency procedures, and required posting documents.
Information gathered during the inspection, not related to the self-reported incident, determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
