Inspector Notes
A mandated monitoring inspection was conducted on April 9, 2024 from 9:45am-11:45am. There were 96 children in care with 14 staff supervising. Children were observed playing on the playground, gardening, working with recyclable materials, reading books and playing freely. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of 10 child records and 10 staff records were reviewed.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

2Evidence: In the hallway boys bathroom, there was cleaners and disinfecting materials stored in an unlocked cabinet. In the confetti and discovery classroom, there was cleaners and disinfecting materials stored in an unlocked cabinet. In the hallway of the infant toddler classrooms, hand sanitizer was stored on an open shelf.
Evidence: Child 9 is missing a second emergency contact. Child 10 is missing addresses for two required emergency contacts.
