Inspector Notes
An unannounced on-site Subsidy Health and Safety monitoring inspection was initiated and conducted on September 5, 2024 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. The on-site inspection began at 9:30am and ended at 12:35pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 138 children present and 23 staff. The inspector reviewed 10 children's records and 8 staff records on-site. The inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations. A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. Information gather during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
