Inspector Notes

An unannounced focus inspection was conducted on 02/06/2024 from 9:50 am to 10:53 am There were 43 children (infants-5yrs.) supervised by 8 direct care staff. The physical plant, 1 child medication record, medication, menu, allergy list, and policies were inspected. Children were observed playing with various age appropriate materials and engaging in outdoor play. Areas of non-compliance are identified in the Violation Notice.
